Debt collection: Attempts to collect debt not owed

This Debt reflects on my credit reports with Trans Union LLC, and XXXX credit bureaus. Its reflects as Collection. Charged Off. In the submission of this complaint, Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681, and the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act 15 USC 1692g. I request that collection agency send me debt validation letter. Alone with evidence of Assignment contract Agreement letter, and Purchase Agreement letter. As, sdtated on my credit files if the debt was showing collection/charged off or discharged. Then the debt is then radicated thus by law is not collectable by law if discharged. And, if it was charged off/ discharged I then request a copy of the 1099-C letter. As verification to show the IRS this debt as income to be reported to the Internal Revenue Service. I request that the accounts be deleted of removed, from all my credit reports Per Federal Law.. I am filing this report as a copy of my debt validation letter to the collection agency. And are creditor whom charged off or discharged the debt with proper documents and that a cease and desist of collections of this dent stop.
