Description
My tax return was deposited into a credit karma spend account that credit karma closed and they moved my money to a save account. Credit karma wont let me change or add another bank account to transfer the funds and I have tried to close the account and get a paper check mailed to me for XXXX XXXX!!! I keep calling and I have been told so many things and I have done everything that they have asked me to do and they still have not mailed my money!!! My kids and I are XXXX and I need my money and I have told them this repeatedly!!! My XXXX that we XXXX XXXX is about to be taken away and they still wont send my money so I can pay it!!! I need my money over night mailed to the address on file, I NEED MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!
