Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports: Incorrect information on your report

I would like to start off by saying I am a victim of identity and I have been since XXXX. I have had fraud prevention alerts on my credit that I have since removed but I try to monitor my credit as much as possible. On XX/XX/XXXX| noticed I had an account reporting on my credit that was not made by me or authorized by me. Once I noticed this fraudulent account on my credit profile. I disputed directly with the credit bureau XXXX and they continuously report this fraudulent account to my credit report. XXXX # XXXX XXXX to this fraudulent account reporting on my credit report, it has caused a great deal of stress and financial hardship and has hindered me from moving forward with my personal business and livelihood.
