Description

When i had my car loan i fell on bad times during covid. I did a covid relief extension and was approved. It was explained to me that the months that they are excusing because of covid will be placed on the back of the loan so when the extension is over i would only have to pay XXXX month as opposed to all of the months that was moved. When that time came, I was ordered to pay thousands of dollars and they refused to honor what they agreed to do. I went back and forth with the company for months before they reported my loan as a collection and later reported it as charge off as bad debt and charged off as a loss in XXXX. There was never an attempt to reposes the vehicle nor was there any paperwork saying that was the plan. I called all the time to try and find a resolution and they stopped returning my calls. Fast forward to XXXX of XXXX i woke up and noticed my car was not in the driveway. I immediately called the police to report my car stolen just to be notified by the police that my car was repossessed. I called regional acceptance and they told me that they car was not repossessed and they don't know what happened to it. They told me never tried to take the vehicle. They also informed me that I should take it up with the credit bureaus and get the account removed from my credit. I contacted all XXXX bureaus and they all removed them except for XXXX. The account was closed in XXXX and for some reason Regional acceptance decided to update the balance of the account and decrease it by $ XXXX and say that the last payment was made it XXXX of XXXX which was a lie. It seems as though they did that to shut me up after I made multiple disputes but it also was done maliciously. This company stole my car and sold it. Repossessed it and did not report that it has been repossessed to the credit bureaus. I am asking that this account be removed my from credit immediately and i demand paperwork proving that they notified me of the repossession and that they notified me of the sale of the car.
