Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports: Incorrect information on your report

I called Mohela XX/XX/XXXX anfd was on the phone with them for almost XXXX hours. I informed them that my student loan balance is showing duplicated on my credit report. They informed me that this is a known issue and that they submitted a ticket however, they would not provide me with a letter verifying that a ticket was submitted. It has been over a month and the issue is still not resolved. I am in the process of purchasing a home but I have been denied due to the errors being made by Mohela 's faulty system. I am being penalized and denied the opportunity to provide a better living situation for myself and my family. I have called on XXXX separate occasions and am being told the same thing, a ticket was submitted. I need this resolved immediately. XXXX is refusing to remove the information as they are receiving it from Mohela.
