Description

I am writing to you regarding a violation of my privacy and confidentiality rights, protected under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ) ). Pursuant to 18 USC 8, I have identified the following accounts that have breached these legal provisions : XXXX XXXX Account # : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # : XXXX XXXX Account # : XXXX XXXX Account # : XXXX XXXX. Account # : XXXX XXXX. Account # : XXXX XXXX XXXXAccount # : XXXX XXXX XXXX. Account # : XXXX These accounts have accessed my credit information without my explicit authorization, which constitutes a violation of my privacy and confidentiality rights. Additionally, some of these accounts contain obsolete information that should be excluded from my credit report as stipulated in 15 USC 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ). According to 15 USC 1681, Section 602 ( A ), I have the right to privacy. Furthermore, under 15 USC 1681, Section 604 ( A ), Section 2, a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Also, 15 USC 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) states that no consumer reporting agency may include any adverse item of information that is more than seven years old, other than records of convictions of crimes. Finally, under 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ), no person shall furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Additionally, according to 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( B ), a person shall not furnish information if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer that specific information is inaccurate, and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate.
