Debt collection: Written notification about debt

Dear CFPB Ombudsman, I am writing to file a complaint against NCB MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC, regarding the collection of a debt. I believe the debt collector has violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and other consumer protection laws per 12 CFR 1006.34 ( b ) ( 5 ), 12 CFR 1006.34 ( c ) ( 4 ) ( i ), 12 CFR 1006.34 ( d ), and 15 USC 1681-S 2 ( 7 ) ( A ). In addition to the above violations, I request that the CFPB investigate whether the debt collector has the legal right to collect this debt. I believe that the debt collector may not have obtained a valid assignment of the debt from the original creditor. I formally request that the CFPB compel the debt collector to provide me with a copy of the purchase agreement between them and the original creditor. I request that the CFPB investigate this matter and take appropriate action to hold the debt collector accountable. I also request that the debt collector be ordered to cease all collection activity on this account and remove any negative information from my credit report.
