Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports: Improper use of your report

I discovered that my personal information was used without my consent to open accounts or make unauthorized purchases. I did not initiate or authorize any of the transactions or accounts associated with my name. I believe my identity was compromised through theft or fraud, and I immediately took steps to report the issue to the authorities and the affected companies. Despite these efforts, the companies involved have not fully resolved the matter or removed the fraudulent charges and accounts from my credit report.
