Debt collection: Written notification about debt

Ray Klein aka professional credit services emptied my bank account of {$4200.00}, {$120.00} for bank garnishment fee, and {$10.00} from my terminal husband medical/memorial account. This judgement was from XXXX ago, I never received any notice of garnishment or collections. There is nothing on my credit report saying I owe them, and when I called the court they said they couldnt find any judgements against me under my social, old last name or current last name. After further digging by case number, it says the case is closed. On the paperwork from the bank there are no dates stating there has been an extension. The date on the paperwork sent to the bank was from XX/XX/year>. At the very least even if the case was still active, under Oregon law XXXX The Family Protection Act, {$2500.00} is protected so that families do not lose their homes. They left me {$.00} in my account, that was my rent, insurance and car payment. We are now at risk of losing both our home and vehicle. And they are not allowed to take money from medical accounts, and they took the only {$10.00} that was keeping that account open.
