I have been trying to get Wells Fargo to replace my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX policy with my new XXXX XXXX policy since XX/XX/year>. I sent in my policy paperwork via the mycoverage site, but then was told I needed to provide the condo building master policy. I have submitted the condo building master policy multiple times via email and the web, but they are still unable to receive or process the information for reasons that they can't explain. Need this addressed, should be very routine.
