Description
I am disputing the inaccurate reporting of a vehicle loan on my credit report. The account is currently reported as Paid in Full, but it also reflects a prior status of Charged Off. This dual status is misleading and negatively impacts my creditworthiness. The account was fully resolved and paid in full, and the Charged Off status should no longer apply. I request that this outdated and inaccurate status be removed to ensure accurate reporting in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Attached, I have included supporting documentation, such as : 1. Payment receipts or confirmation of the account being paid in full. 2. Copies of my credit report showing the inaccurate reporting. I request that this matter be investigated and corrected as soon as possible. Please confirm receipt of this dispute and provide updates on the resolution process. Thank you.
