Description
It is XX/XX/year> just after XXXX AZ time and I've spent the last XXXX hours simply attempting to transfer money out of my Citi checking acct. As all calls are recorded, I am requesting the past few hours ( from the time of this email ) be reviewed, and my money be immediately released and electronically deposited ( without fee ) to my external account as my access to transfers has been refused without reason. This will require a Citi executive to contact me personally for the account info as customer service, fraud, and a self proclaimed " manager '' were proudly unwilling to unblock my access to allow me to conduct any sort of transfer, despite claiming they had with absolutely no change in my experience. When trying XXXX, Citi accepts incoming payments but refuses ALL outgoing attempts. Citi attempted to blame fraud, even after fraud said there was NO ISSUE they could see. Citi attempted to blame my computer, even after I told them repeatedly it's the same on multiple devices. Citi attempted to blame the external bank, despite having the same results with multiple XXXX XXXX accounts. I asked for the alleged card number for a card I don't have but that the account requires I input in order to conduct non-XXXX transfers. I was refused this information. I reported the card as fraudulent to the self-identified fraud team and requested it be removed as I don't have access and it is not valid. They refused to block, remove, or otherwise secure my account around this fraudulent card, and also refused to assist me in retrieving or resetting the also required pin. This is further willful blocking of my access to my funds. The issue is Citi 's system -- both human and non-human. Citi employees have refused to give me access to my money and it is recorded that wage theft among employees is rampant as not one person did anything at all to even begin to address the issue, resulting in willful withholding of funds, even after over an hour of verifying my identity at least a XXXX times. Due to this withholding of my funds and preventing me from banking with Citi as agreed upon account opening, I now do not wish to bank with Citi and want all of my money transferred out of Citibank into my external bank account, and confirmation of my account closed. Please contact me immediately to set up an urgent 100 % fee-free electronic transfer of funds, closure of account, and written confirmation.
