Description
I am an active duty member of the United States military and rely on accurate credit reporting for career advancement and eligibility for security clearances. Upon reviewing my credit reports, I discovered that my XXXX XXXX account information is being reported inconsistently across credit bureaus.Specifically, TransUnion reports a XXXX day late for XX/XX/year> and a XXXX day late for XX/XX/year>, while Equifax reports a XXXX day late for XX/XX/year>, a XXXX day late for XX/XX/year>, and a XXXX day late for XX/XX/year>. I submitted disputes requesting full verification of these reported late payments, including payment history documentation and explanation for the inconsistencies, but have not received any valid supporting information. These discrepancies demonstrate inaccurate and unverifiable reporting, which violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) Section 623 ( a ) for furnishing accurate information. The incorrect reporting is causing immediate harm to my military career and advancement opportunities. I have attached documentation showing the inconsistent reporting across TransUnion and Equifax, along with proof of my identification and Social Security number. I respectfully request full removal of the late payment notations from my credit reports, or full validation and documentation of the reported payment history, within 10 calendar days due to the urgent harm being caused.
