Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports: Improper use of your report

I am submitting this complaint because my ChexSystems report includes unauthorized inquiries that I did not initiate or authorize. These inquiries were made by financial institutions with which I have no prior relationship or history. The following inquiries appeared on my ChexSystems report : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on behalf of XXXX XXXX XX/XX/year> I have never applied for any accounts, loans, or financial services with these companies. I believe my personal information may have been fraudulently used by an unknown third party. I have taken steps to secure my identity, including submitting an Identity Theft Report to the FTC. I am requesting that ChexSystems permanently remove these unauthorized inquiries from my report and prevent them from reappearing in the future.
