Description
I opened a savings acc. with OpenBank NA.I funded the account from my XXXX XXXX checking acc on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX tried to access the account but it says they have to send my phone a code and they never do.the only way to talk to them is to call their phone number and again they send a code to my phone that never arrives.I want my money back and I want this Bank closed for fraud.
