Description
I am issuing this formal and final demand for the immediate deletion of all fraudulent and unauthorized accounts, inquiries, and public records from my credit file. These items are the result of identity theft, and I have never consented to or opened the accounts in question. This matter has been reported to the Federal Trade Commission, and I have attached my Identity Theft Report as required by law.
