XX/XX/2020, contacted company on credit report, credit management, at XXXX, concerning entry to credit report. I let them know i do not owe XXXX, it was paid im full and that i have a confirmation number to prove it from XXXX, and XXXX billing dept number to confirm. So the agent told me that they would bring it to a {$0.00} balance. I said no remove the entry to my credit report because its done in error and indo not owe XXXX. The company refused to remove it.
