Description
I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things in my credit report. To this day over about 2 months later, I have yet to receive a response. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and being ignored of my disputes. Section 611 ( a ) clearly states that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives me a reason to immediately remove these items from my credit report. It's been about 2 months now so they should be deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or I will file litigation due to the stress that was caused to me. My information was also impacted by the equifax data breach and may have got into the hands of the wrong person. I AM NOT USING A CREDIT REPAIR COMPANY, I AM REPORTING THIS VIOLATION ON MY OWN BEHALF. I'VE ATTACHED MY ID, AND A UTILITY BILL FOR FURTHER VERIFICATION.
