Description
I applied with Chase bank for their Southwest Airlines mileage card. The application was at the beginning of XX/XX/2022. In the online application process, their webpage leads to me a message page that Chase will send me a mail telling me the application decision. However, after one month, I haven't got any decision from Chase. Also, don't see any reason for decline or adverse action reasons. I applied for the same card with Chase last year. It was also in the same situation : Chase never sent me any decline reasons or decisions in the mail, email, or web communication. They can not just simply ignore customers or decline without sending adverse action.
