Description

On or around XXXX XX/XX/2022 I found an annotation on my credit reports for a collection account. The account indicates it is from EASTERN ACCOUNT SYSTEM I and indicates a collection on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have neither received a collection notice from Eastern Account System nor have been contacted by XXXX regarding any balance on my account. I do not know what account this is for and do not believe I owe the alleged debt. I do not live at a XXXX serviced address.I have had issues with XXXX XXXX and ported out around XX/XX/2022 becuase my phone kept being deprovisioned from their network and my account had to be reconstructed multiple times beginning XX/XX/2022. The porting process required that the balance be paid in-full before porting out.
