Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports: Incorrect information on your report

I recently reviewed my credit report and noticed an account that was not reporting accurately. It shows two late payments on an account that were actually paid on time. Consumer reporting agencies must report all information accurately, and this account has not been late on payments. I have attached a copy of my report to this complaint, highlighting the incorrect date, XX/XX/year>.
