My name is XXXX XXXX I am keeping reporting my this issues over and over to yall for years and months and ages and no resolve still yet I didnt open a account with yall everything time I dispute the account account with yall and yall say I open the account when I never did I never authorized a account with yall or sign no paperwork or did a signature with yall to open a account and to get a card with yall or did business with one yall service or vendor my picture id was lost and stolen and used for yall and and ssn was used and I never did a hand signature with yall or yall service or vendor or a electronic one online or by device with yall or service or vendor my informations was stolen and lost and used without my permission and my first name dont match on yall record it is XXXX not XXXX and account information is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Pennsylvania XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Pennsylvania XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Pennsylvania XXXX and credit card account number ending in XXXX dispute need to be reopen or investigative or reinvestigated or make into a new dispute for yall to investigate again and for any other accounts y'all open for no reason need to be disputed as unauthorized and fraudulent and charges disputes to {$0.00} because I am not responsible for this accounts and charges and dont open no new accounts for me when I didnt request it when I just report this issue as fraudulent unauthorized account open in my name without my permission and I want this to be favored in my end this is the last time I report this to yall I am tried of contacting yall about this and yall aint helping me next step I will take yall to XXXX XXXX XXXX and then take yall to court for a lawsuit if I have to after XXXX XXXX XXXX if yall dont favor this in my end etc Update I need yall to investigate this because yall decision in XXXX XXXX isnt truth I never open a account with yall and the name dont match on my picture id and this is fraudulent please reopen the investigation and investigate again etc Update this account Account ending in XXXX needs to be closed too as fraudulent open I never open and investigate and dispute as unauthorized and fraudulent and dispute the balance I am not responsible for for {$13.00} and waive it to {$0.00} and fully close the account out and stop opening new accounts up for me under new account numbers I didn't authorize for a account look at the attached below etc. Update today I got a email I need this account number XXXX dispute investigative to be reopen and dispute as a fraudulent account I never open in my name and reinvestigated as a fraudulent account dispute I never open or authorized and waive all the due balance I am not responsible for the account ending in XXXX and fully close the account out and down without giving me a new account with a new account I didnt requested or want and for Account ending in XXXX I need that account to be also disputed as a fraudulent unauthorized account I never authorized or open and investigate and I need the balance to be waived from {$13.00} to {$0.00} because I am not responsible for it the agents told me but they never waive it to {$0.00} and need that account fully closed down without a new account number to be open up for me when I didnt open no account with yall or authorized one for yall and the agent told me my claim was approved in my favor for XXXX and XXXX but the balance will be waived to {$0.00} soon but they never give me the account balance to {$0.00} or fully close my fraudulent accounts out without giving me a new account number I never open or authorized I been having this issues with yall for months now and almost a year now yall not fixing my issue I been telling yall I didnt unauthorized this accounts or authorized the purchases so dispute them purchases for fraudulent unauthorized because I didnt do it and look at my attachment below please etc.
