ActiveBill
A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to extend the period during which a surviving spouse or surviving divorced spouse must have initially become disabled in order to qualify for widow's or widower's benefits before attaining age 60, in cases where such surviving spouse or surviving divorced spouse works after the death of the insured individual on whose wage record such benefits are payable.
