Eligibility Requirements

• •Must meet all WOSB eligibility requirements
• •Women owners must be economically disadvantaged
• •Personal net worth of each woman owner must not exceed $850,000 (excluding primary residence and ownership in the business)
• •Adjusted gross income must not exceed $400,000 averaged over three years
• •Fair market value of all assets must not exceed $6.5 million

Certification Process

Same process as WOSB certification through SBA or approved third-party certifiers, with additional financial documentation required. Applicants must provide personal financial statements, tax returns demonstrating income thresholds, and asset valuations. Economic disadvantage is re-evaluated at each annual recertification.

Contracting Benefits

• +All WOSB contracting benefits plus additional EDWOSB set-aside NAICS codes
• +Sole-source contracts up to $4.5 million (goods) or $7 million (services)
• +Broader range of eligible NAICS codes than WOSB alone
