Eligibility Requirements

  • Personal net worth of each woman owner must not exceed $850,000 (excluding primary residence and ownership in the business)
  • Adjusted gross income must not exceed $400,000 averaged over three years
  • Fair market value of all assets must not exceed $6.5 million
