V--Lodging Support for the Army Trauma Training Department (ATTD)

1.This notice is notification that modification posted today (7/27/2015) was posted in error. There were NO changes to the solicitation as a result of that modification notice. 2. This notice is to post answers/clarifications to inquiries received as follows: Solicitation W81K04-15-T-0011 - Lodging Support 1. Page 54 of the SOW the first paragraph states that two CD-R's are required for submittal. One for Technical & Price (Vol II & Vol III). One sanitized CD-R for Technical (Vol. II) There is also a Vol. I Business Quote. I don't see specifics for submitting this volume. Do you want this Volume submitted via hard-copy? (1)Govt. Response: Volume I shall be included in the CD that contains the (unsanitized) technical and price. An amendment clarifying this topic will be forthcoming and posted. No hard copy is requested. 2. Also, do you want hard copy submittals for all volumes that are placed on CD-R's? (2)Govt. Response: No 3. You have inserted LINE ITEM NO's in the SF-1449 for Contractor Manpower Reporting. Are you looking for an estimate, as the work has not begun or been completed? Please advise. (3) Govt. Response: Yes, a quote for these CLINS is requested. 4. On page 54 of the solicitation there is a requirement to submit quotes on CD-R compatible with Microsoft Office 2007. However there is no information about an office address to deliver the CDs. (4) Govt. Response: Yes information is in Addendum 52-212-1;it says to submit to Block 9 of the solicitation. 5. Is the CD Format the only methods to submit quotes or will documents in PDF format be acceptable? (5)Govt. Response: CD Format is requested. PDF format is not acceptable. 6. On page 54 of the solicitation it states under the quote mark Representations and Certifications quote mark section - The Quoter shall complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov less than http://orca.bpn.gov/ greater than and indicate such on the FAR and DFAR provisions. The quoter shall submit a printout of the ORCA Representations and Certifications with quote. The website link does not open a page only an error message appears. Will the quote mark Representations and Certifications quote mark printout from SAM.gov be sufficient? (6) Govt. Response: Yes
