R -- PLAN DESIGN AND SOLICITATION FOR DENTAL AND VISION BENEFITS

The U.S. House of Representatives seeks contractor support to assist with the plan design and solicitation for dental and vision benefits for House Members and staff. Additionally the contractor shall assist the CAO Office of Human Resources with drafting a statement of work for a third party vendor for dental and vision benefits. The contractor will: have prior experience with developing functional requirements and plan benefits for dental, vision and flexible spending account benefits for the House, conduct focus groups and interviews with key stakeholders to validate requirements and assist in drafting a statement of work for competitive bids for third party administrator/vendors for dental and vision benefits for the House.
