Description
The Secretary of VA intends to enter into an EUL for two parcels of land--approximately 5.4 acres and 8.4 acres--at the Salem VA Medical Center in Salem, Virginia. As consideration, the selected lessee will be required to finance, design, develop, construct, operate and maintain an affordable permanent housing development. The lessee will also be required to provide preference and priority placement for homeless and at-risk Veterans, and provide on-site supportive services.
