I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding Zelle 's handling of disputes and to request reimbursement for the reported transactions related to recent discrepancies I encountered. Over the course of my use of Zelle, I have encountered multiple discrepancies and promptly reported these issues to both Zelle and my financial institution. Despite my efforts to seek resolution, l was informed by both parties that recovering my lost funds was impossible and that tracking the transactions was unfeasible. This response is deeply concerning, especially in light of the CFPB 's findings, which indicate that Zelle has failed to protect consumers adequately and allowed repeat offenders to exploit the system.
