By accessing or using the Bureauify platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bureauify ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or government requirement
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

4. Government Data and Third-Party Sources

The Service aggregates publicly available data from federal government sources including SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, FPDS, Grants.gov, and other public databases. This data is provided "as is" from its original sources.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of government data
• Government data may be subject to its own terms of use and restrictions
• You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for business decisions
• Contract opportunities, deadlines, and details should always be confirmed through official government channels

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding government data and user-submitted content), features, and functionality are owned by Bureauify and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service (proposals, notes, pipeline data). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. If you choose a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUREAUIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, CONTRACTS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

The Service provides tools and data to assist with government contracting activities, but does not guarantee any particular outcome, including but not limited to:

• Winning any government contract or grant
• Accuracy of match scoring, win probability, or competitive analysis
• Completeness of proposal drafts or compliance assessments
• Availability or accuracy of contracting officer contact information

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. You may request export of your data prior to termination.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bureauify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
