Description

American Express sent my billings to the wrong address for months after they were advised that I had moved. Bills were not delivered to me until months later. When they turned bill over to XXXX who immediately contacted my ex wife, even though she was not a cardmember. They contacted her before I even received notice that they were involved. They advised her who they were, what was owed, etc. This is not the first time this has happened. This happened several years ago on AE account XXXX. They went so far as to call my children to attempt to collect the debt, threatened me with court and called continuously, even though they were advised not to. American Express was made aware of their actions at that time but still uses them. It would appear to me that AE is aware of the problem and approves of their tactics.
