Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports: Incorrect information on your report

My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PH # XXXX My husband XXXX XXXX purchased a property on XX/XX/2010. Two years later my husband XXXX XXXX due to a XXXX XXXX XXXX. When my husband XXXX XXXX I notified the mortgage company of his XXXX, they tols me that as long as i make the mortgage payments i can being that the mortgage was under my husbands name. Because of my husband XXXX went into a financial hardship. My husband was the head of household and he paid all the bills. I fell behind on mortgage payments and XXXX asked me to fill out re modification papers but at that point I did not want to continue to live in XXXX. That is when the property went under foreclosure. The address to this property is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have tried to contact the XXXX several times and most of the time I get the run around. I need your help I feel as this is injustice. I was not responsible for this mortgage. This house was sold last year for the amount that was owed, but they still will not communicate with me. I ask for your to please remove this XXXX loan from all the credit bureaus. I have attached documents that prove that I was not responsible for this loan.
