Description
Navy federal charge me 2 return ck fees.. the bank transfer {$20.00} to pay my credit card payment with out me authorizing the transfer. My account was short do to this payment. I have money in another account tht could have covered the payment. the bank does not allow for the customer to cover the payment before applying fees. Other banks give a customer 24 hours to put the money in your account to cover a check.
