Description
I am using a credit repair service and I mailed 3 dispute letters to Equifax for review. The time frame has been longer than 45 days and I have yet to receive a response from Equifax. I mailed the first letter around XX/XX/2020, 2nd letter around XX/XX/2020 and the 3rd letter on XX/XX/2020. I haven't received one response from either of the letters that I sent. By law I know they are required to respond after 30-45 days, but I have yet to receive one response from them. I am paying for a monthly service and their lack of response is hindering my progress.
