Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

Original contract was not correctly drawn, the car deal removed my daughters name off the car to get qualified without my knowledge. I was only the co-signer. They knew she would not qualify so the removed her and only ran the application with me on it without her and thats fraud. I contacted the agency and the said I was the only person on the contract. It was never just my car. The care belonged to her. The advised me that if I paid XXXX cash they would remove account. The guy send another deceitful letter and took my XXXX and applied it a payment and not a settlement. Again fraudulent. This company XXXX XXXX / bridge crest need to be investigated. Im sure Im not the only person they frauded
