Description
Submitted a complaint demanding for a debt validation letter from XXXX XXXX and was sent a deceptive contract with wrong address, license number also incorrect balance. i previously asked them to remove this account due to identity theft which i sent certified letters and i am uploading receipt to this complaint that i also sent to CRA 's with ftc form attached. I am uploading documents which shows inaccurate information being reported they have a address listed in which i never lived but on the CRA 's it is listed totally different in which i can not dispute because it is blocked by XXXX XXXX I will upload current license in which i have lived for 8 years I am demanding this account be deleted immediately. I am now sending a cease and desist and expecting all remedies be invoked
