Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

There are accounts on my consumer report that are a result of identity theft. I did not provide written permission with a wet signature for these accounts to be reported on my consumer report. I recently contacted you to address this issue, and I am requesting that this information be blocked and deleted as soon as possible. Your actions have caused me significant mental and financial stress by including items on my credit report that do not belong to me and for which I am not responsible. I am prepared to take legal action if this complaint is not handled appropriately. These fake, inaccurate, and fraudulent items appearing on my credit record have prevented me from purchasing my dream house and providing for my family 's needs. I have attached a copy of the letter I previously sent for your reference.
