Description

I disputed fraudulent inquiries with Equifax in XX/XX/2023, XX/XX/2023, and XX/XX/2023. I have sent 3 rounds of letters. Equifax sent a letter dated XX/XX/2023 with the confirmation number XXXX stating that the unauthorized fraudulent inquiries have been deleted from my report. Yet, when I check my report today, the inquiries are still their. Equifax is purposely stalling and ignoring my dispute letters and have failed to delete the unauthorized fraudulent inquiries. They continue to report false information on my credit report. The inquiries that I have listed in my letters are in violation of 15 USC 1681b permissible purpose. I did not give permission for the creditors to pull my credit and have not applied for services with these lenders.
