Description

Throughout my history with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) I have been manipulated, and humiliated. I have also had to deal with being bullied, harassment and verbal abuse so the fact that they now have stolen my car does not surprise me. On Monday XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX hired an unauthorized towing company, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. to unlawfully break into my private locked garage to repossess my XXXX XXXX XXXX. This alarmed me because I had been told by XXXX representatives that my loan was paid off and that I was paying late interest back, and my last payment was just made on XXXX XXXX. This encouraged me to take a look at my contract and receipts from XXXX XXXX. My contract with XXXX states that my last and finale payment with them should have been XXXX XXXX paying {$180.00} bi weekly, and the amount that I will have paid after I will have paid after I have made all payments as scheduled would be {$15000.00}, my contact also states that if payment is not received in full within 10 days after it is due, you will pay a late fee of {$15.00}. The late fee has always been applied to the account on the 11th day. With this information I contacted XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX told me that my loan was not paid off because I had a 4 year loan and it was not suppose to be paid up until XX/XX/XXXX. I inform XXXX XXXX that my contract did not state that. XXXX XXXX then said that my car was repossessed because I was always late and that everyone in the office knew that I was always late. Looking at my receipts from XXXX XXXX I noticed that I never paid the {$180.00} XXXX XXXX stated in my contract I always paid more than what I was suppose to pay bi-weekly XXXX XXXX has committed fraud by taking my current balance and changing it to a past due balance to satisfy their allegations that my loan is not to be paid up til XXXX XXXX and telling me that the past due amount of {$4300.00} came from me being late all the time. As you can see on the receipts leading up to XXXX I was current, so that means all late fees that had been added to my account pior to has already taken care of. XXXX XXXX has repossessed my car off a fraudulent past due amount. According to my contract my XXXX XXXX was rightfully mine. According to my receipts I have invested {$18000.00}, that's way more than my contract says I will pay.
