Command and Control (C2) Portfolio Testing and Evaluation (T&E) Support Services

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization-National Capital Region (DITCO-NCR) intends to issue a solicitation for Command and Control (C2) Portfolio Test and Evaluation (T&E) services. C2 Portfolio T&E is anticipated to be a contract awarded using a HUBZone set-aside solicited on the open market through Federal Business Opportunities (FBO). DITCO estimates the request for proposal will be released in the mid/late June 2018 timeframe, with proposals being due in the late July/early August 2018 timeframe. Anticipated award is expected in January 2019. The resultant contract will have a 12-month base year plus four 12-month option years and is anticipated to include Firm-Fixed-Price and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract line item numbers. Support Services will include life-cycle testing of systems from development through deployment and sustainment.
