GSA, FSS intends to establish a ?not to exceed? twelve months Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for eighteen (18) National Stock Numbers for various Federal Supply Classes. These NSN?s are listed with estimated 12 month quantities and descriptions on the attachment to this notice. The estimates stated in the attachment are only ?estimates? based on the last three years demand. The period of the Standing Price Quote will begin on October 1, 2002 and could last for three months or up to one year ? but will not exceed one year. These NSN?s are part of the GSA?s Special Order Program. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery in 30 days or less and a minimum order of $0 .
