Ziprasidone National Contract

NOTE: This requirement was origionally synopsized under SPM2D0-13-R-N014 on January 15, 2014. This second announcement is being posted following a change of the solicitation number to SPM2D0-14-R-N014 Ziprasidone 20mg, 40mg, 60mg and 80mg capsules in unit packs of 60ea. This will be an unrestricted and fully competitive acquisition. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, requirements type contract with a one year base and four one year options. A contract resulting from this solicitation will establish a national supply source, in accordance with FAR 52.216-21 (Requirements), to provide the items listed in the schedule for purchase by Department of Defense, Bureau of Prisons, Indian Health Service and Department of Veterans Affairs customers through the DLA and VA prime vendor programs. This is a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR Part 12. All sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the solicitation will be attached to this notification upon release.
