Description
On May 10, 2000, the Governor of Colorado submitted a revised maintenance plan for the Colorado Springs carbon monoxide (CO) maintenance area for the CO National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS). In addition, the Governor also submitted revisions to Colorado's Regulation No. 13 "Oxygenated Fuels Program". In this action, EPA is approving the Colorado Springs CO revised maintenance plan and the revisions to Regulation No. 13.
