Description
EPA is announcing it is approving the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the state of Missouri which provides for the attainment and maintenance of the sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) in St. Joseph (Buchanan County), Missouri. This revision approves a Consent Decree which requires SO<INF>2</INF> emission reductions from a major air emissions source in St. Joseph. Approval of this SIP revision will make the Consent Decree Federally enforceable.
