Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is revising the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) to complete the transfer of coverage on real property policies from the Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR) to the FMR. In addition to this regulatory action that amends the FMR, another final rule is being published today in the Federal Register that amends the FPMR by removing regulatory text and providing cross-references to the FMR. The FMR coverage is written in plain language to provide agencies with updated regulatory material that is easy to read and understand.
