Description

On September 1, 2010, the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on certain stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Japan, South Korea and Taiwan. See Initiation of Five-Year ("Sunset") Review, 75 FR 53664 (September 1, 2010) (Initiation Notice). Because no interested domestic party responded to the sunset review notice of initiation by the applicable deadline, the Department is revoking the antidumping duty orders on certain stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
