Certain Frozen Fish Fillets From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Preliminary Results of the New Shipper Review

The Department of Commerce ("Department") is conducting a new shipper review ("NSR") of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam ("Vietnam"). The Department preliminarily determines that Thuan An Production Trading & Services Co., Ltd. ("TAFISHCO") did not sell subject merchandise at less than normal value ("NV"). Upon completion of the final results of this NSR, the Department will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection ("CBP") to assess antidumping duties on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review ("POR"), August 1, 2010, through January 31, 2011, for which the importer- specific assessment rates are above de minimis.
