RH Waste Disposal Operations CBFO-DOE Operational Readiness Review Plan of Action (Rev. 0)

This Plan of Action (POA) provides a facility description and documents the breadth of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) operational readiness review (ORR) of the remote-handled transuranic (RH TRU) waste disposal operations at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP). The ORR will be conducted by the DOE in early fiscal year (FY) 2007. The DOE ORR team will consist of independent DOE and contractor personnel, as defined in DOE Order 425.1 C. The RH waste disposal operations ORR will be conducted to the requirements of DOE Order 425.1 C, Startup and Restart of Nuclear Facilities. This POA was developed in accordance with DOE Order 425.1 C, and follows the implementing guidance of DOE-STD-3006-2000, Planning and Conduct of Operational Readiness Reviews.
