Definition
A Small Business Subcontracting Plan (FAR 19.704) is required for contracts over $750K ($1.5M for construction) awarded to other-than-small businesses. Must include percentage goals for subcontracting to SB, SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB, and VOSB firms. Plans can be individual (per contract) or commercial (company-wide). Agencies monitor compliance through eSRS.
