GSA eBuy is a request for quotation (RFQ) and request for information (RFI) portal for GSA Schedule orders. Agencies post requirements and schedule holders submit quotes electronically.
Past Performance Information Retrieval System
PPIRS (Past Performance Information Retrieval System) retrieves performance data from CPARS and other sources. Used by agencies evaluating offeror past performance.
