Evaluation Criteria

Definition

Evaluation Criteria (FAR 15.304) are the factors and subfactors the government uses to assess proposals. Must be stated in the solicitation (Section M). Typically include: technical approach, past performance, management, staffing, and price/cost. The relative importance of each factor must be disclosed.
